  • Worksite Location: West Des Moines, Iowa and St. Cloud, Plymouth, Mendota Heights, Monticello, Red Wing, Rochester, Brainerd, or Willmar, MN
  • Compensation: $48,000-$67,000 annually

What you’ll do as the Personal Lines Account Manager:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through advising and responding to all correspondence in a quick and accurate manner
  • Provide advice and counsel on personal lines matters to assigned accounts
  • Review current insurance programs offering the right coverage at a competitive price
  • Maintain client files in the agency management system following standard company policies and procedures, ensuring #oneTEAM’s mission of service
  • Schedule, attend, and participate in personal lines meetings, training, and classes
  • Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with partner insurance carriers
  • Strive to return phone calls, messages, and emails on the same business day
  • Enter activity and other relevant documentation accurately into the company’s software system(s) in accordance with company procedures
  • Follow all federal and state regulations, and best practices for avoiding errors and omissions
  • Continue professional development; pursue and maintain licensing and designations as applicable

What you’ll bring to the Personal Lines Account Manager role:

  • A combination of education and experience generally attained through a high school degree, bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years in personal lines insurance service
  • Active insurance license
  • Demonstrated success in customer service
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Self-starter who takes initiative to identify problems and lead by example
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
