Organizational Change Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
The Organizational Change Manager will spearhead Think Togethers transformational changes, leveraging deep expertise in change management. The Organizational Change Manager will ensure our teams are well-prepared and supported during transitions, by working closely with leadership to foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability. The Organizational Change Manager will collaborate with leaders across departments to support them in leading change within and across teams. The Organizational Change Manager will report to the Director of Organizational Development and Learning Development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategize and execute comprehensive change management plans that align with the organizations vision and goals.
Lead change initiatives, performing impact analyses, evaluating change readiness, and managing stakeholder expectations.
Develop and conduct training programs and workshops to support employee transitions within change and facilitate the change management model within Think Together.
Collaborate with various teams to synchronize change management efforts across the organization.
Evaluate the success of change initiatives, providing insightful reports and recommendations to top management.
Mentor leaders bolstering their abilities to lead change.
Promote a culture of agility and innovation, inspiring employees to view change as an opportunity for growth.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, IO Psychology, Change Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a similar role.
Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives in a complex organizational environment.
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, or a demonstrated ability to apply these concepts.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is highly desirable, or equivalent knowledge gained through self-directed learning and application.
4+ years project management experience, with a track record of successfully leading and completing projects, PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred.
Possess a solid foundation in K-12, expanded learning environments, or higher education, with a commitment to advancing educational outcomes and fostering lifelong learning.
Demonstrated ability to create innovative solutions to address complex business challenges, with a proven track record of analyzing requirements, designing effective processes, and proposing impactful solutions.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
Commitment to equity, excellence, and improving the odds for kids; supporting the needs of students from underrepresented populations.
Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple ongoing initiatives.
Possess design thinking and agile skills.
Partners with key stakeholders on visioning and cultural awareness and development to drive changes that embrace diversity, inclusion, and equity.
Demonstrated ability to create an environment of psychological safety by working collaboratively and effectively with diverse staff, colleagues, and leaders.

COMPUTER & EQUIPMENT SKILLS:
Intermediate level experience with Project Management Software (Microsoft Project, Asana etc.)
Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote and Adobe
File Management (One Drive, Box, Dropbox, etc.)
Email, internet, website, and social media platforms
Use of typical office equipment

BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIREMENTS:
Must pass Live Scan (criminal background check via fingerprinting), provide a clear TB test.

COMPENSATION :

Salary Range $110,000-$120,000

This is the targeted compensation for the position. A range of factors, including but not limited to; location, skills, experience, will be considered. Actual compensation may vary.
