Temp-to-Hire Workplace Experience Associate | Baltimore, MD | $20/hour | Onsite M-F

Role : Workplace Experience Associate

Company: Confidential (Top-Tier Investment Firm)

Location : Baltimore, MD (no onsite parking)

Pay Rate : $20.00/hour

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Parking: No onsite parking available; conveniently accessible via nearby public transportation.

Duration: Immediate start; no set end date. Potential for permanent position for the right candidate.

Position Overview: The Workplace Experience Associate will enhance the office environment by providing personalized, client-focused services and administrative support. Working with the Experience and Events Teams, they will manage office assistance, hospitality, and events, ensuring client requests are met and feedback is collected to deliver exceptional experiences for clients and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all employees and guests.
• Welcome guests, manage registration, and handle orientation for new clients.
• Engage with clients to understand and meet their specific needs.
• Support meetings with room setup, ensuring everything meets client expectations.
• Manage supplies, expenses, and submit work orders for facilities as needed.
• Handle packages, deliveries, and guest access.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• 3+ years of experience in hospitality, ideally in hotel, restaurant, or concierge services.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with MFD equipment is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal on-site supervision.
• Reliable, honest, and comfortable managing responsibilities autonomously.
