Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina is thrilled to announce a new partnership with award winning chef and restaurateur Michael Mina that will see Fish House, the resort's signature line-to-table restaurant, become Mina's Fish House.
The Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a
Sous Chef for
Mina's Fish House who have a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.
Responsibilities - Supports the restaurant Chef in the day to day operation in a high volume high pace signature restaurants ( Asian, Italian, Fish House)
- Supports and proactively contributes to the alignment with the F&B concept in the outlet, continuously enhancing the creative process
- Must have great guest approach and be able to manage a team
- Very strong leadership skills to support his kitchen team with hands on approach and constant training
- strong technical culinary skills required
Preferred Qualifications and Skills - Culinary degree required as well as several years of experience in high volume high quality restaurants
- Should understand ordering system ( birchstreet), time management systems ( heath) and should be proficient in computer skills
- Needs to be strong administrator and have a proven track record of creating recipes ( birchstreet)
Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
