We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Device Integration Specialist to join their growing team. As a key player in the healthcare technology team, you’ll leverage your IT expertise to ensure the successful integration of innovative medical technology.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for ensuring seamless connectivity between the company’s flagship product and hospital IT infrastructure. You’ll work closely with both internal and external teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support for this vital patient care technology. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage device integration with hospital information systems.
• Providing technical support and training on connectivity solutions.
• Collaborate with hospital IT staff to configure the equipment within their existing network infrastructure.
• Maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors for troubleshooting and feature updates.
• Working cross-functionally with marketing, software, and customer support teams.
• Documenting all project activities and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support or customer-facing role.
• In-depth knowledge of computer networking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within an FDA/ISO Quality Management System (preferred).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with medical device connectivity (a plus).
