What You Will Be Doing - Develop strategy & messaging Develop and execute compelling communication strategies and messaging frameworks. - Adapt & localize brand communications Collaborate with regional teams to adjust global campaigns for local relevance. - Cross-functional coordination Coordinate with product, PR, and government relations (GR) teams to deliver the right message to the right audience. - Market research & analysis Conduct consumer research and analyze cultural and competitive landscapes in key markets. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and brand metrics, proposing improvements. - Brand consistency Develop and enforce brand guidelines across all touchpoints. - Product launches Support the launch of new products and services, shaping their positioning in the market. Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in marketing communications or brand marketing.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and the ability to translate brand strategy into impactful campaigns.
• Proven track record in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on digital.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Analytical mindset with experience in brand metrics and market research.
• Experience working in emerging markets (Latin America, Asia) is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
