Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure.
• Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all equipment meets safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repair schedules.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve maintenance-related issues and improve efficiency.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements.
• Train and mentor maintenance personnel, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Promote workplace safety and enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical certification or degree in maintenance, engineering, or a related field.
