Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

The ideal candidate will lead the maintenance team in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all plant equipment and facilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in a timely manner.
• Lead, coach & mentor the activities of maintenance team members.
• Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely and efficiently.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance in PM program.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance practices, including both 480V & low voltage.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
