Kitchen Manager

$55K-$65K

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate daily restaurant operations, including organizing and supervising shifts
2. Determine food production levels.
3. Maintain proper staffing levels and schedules employees per company guidelines.
4. Consistently deliver superior service, clean safe environment and exceptional food quality to guests.
5. Perform weekly food orders and inventory. Adjust par levels as needed.
6. Oversee training of new employees and facilitate development of current team members to reach their full potential.
7. Maintain sales growth, cost management and profitability of restaurant.
8. Have fun and create a positive work environment.

Requirements:

1. Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends. 5-day work week. No late nights.
2. 3+ years Kitchen Manager experience.
3. High school diploma or equivalent.
4. Food Safety/Serve Safe certification a plus.
