The Internal Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and execution of effective internal communications strategies, plans, and deliverables that drive employee engagement and the adoption of large-scale business priorities. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams across NFI to ensure our vision, organizational strategy, and work culture resonate with our diverse employee base.
With a core-writing ability, you will help create a variety of internal content and messaging, including company-wide email campaigns, newsletters, leadership presentations, crisis communications, and more. As an Internal Communications Specialist, you should have impeccable written and verbal communication skills and be able to create engaging content for NFI-focused internal channels and range of internal audiences.
