Hospitality Associate
Location: Century City, CA
Pay Rate: $26.50 - $27.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do
Meeting Room Coordination
Set up and reset meeting rooms daily — handling layouts, AV, guest lists, catering, and supplies
Manage meeting room bookings and ensure optimal space use
Confirm meeting details and assist with last-minute adjustments
Provide hands-on support during meetings and quickly resolve any issues
Hoteling Station Management
Prepare hoteling desks each day—cleaning, restocking, and updating nameplates
Provide power strips, cables, and accessories to employees as needed
Track usage, follow up on no-shows, and keep spaces running smoothly
Floor Presence & Guest Support
Perform regular floor rounds to maintain cleanliness and readiness
Be available to greet guests and assist employees with questions or requests
Restock supplies and maintain organized storage areas
Support VIP meetings and events from setup to cleanup
Pantry, Catering & Coffee Bar Services
Maintain pantry and café areas with impeccable cleanliness and stock levels
Manage catering orders — from placing orders to delivery and breakdown
Operate coffee and beverage equipment to prepare drinks for staff and guests
Keep public eating areas clean, organized, and inviting
Inventory & Reporting
Track and reorder supplies to avoid shortages or waste
Help prepare reports on meeting room and hoteling usage, service requests, and guest feedback
Recommend improvements to enhance service delivery
What You Bring
Experience in hospitality, office services, or client-facing support roles
Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and scheduling software
Dependable, flexible, and committed to outstanding service
