Pillar To Post - The Lang Team is celebrating our 20th year in business and we perform within the top 10% of all Pillar To Post franchises in the U.S. and Canada. Our team of home inspectors based in the Rancho Cucamonga and Upland areas is expanding and we are looking to hire another employee. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the components and systems of houses, including roofs, structure, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Familiarity with ASHI and CREIA is desired. It is also desired to have experience performing video sewer scopes on residential and some light commercial properties of the main sewer line from the house to the city sewer lateral. Excellent writing skills are also needed to properly document findings to clients. Superior customer service skills are also required. You must be available to work on-call Monday - Saturday, and Saturdays are mandatory. You must be able to climb a ladder onto a roof, crawl under a house, fit in tight spaces, and stand on your feet for up to 4-hours at a time. You must have access to a reliable and insured vehicle that can fit a 15-ft ladder (about 6-ft of space), a step ladder, video sewer scope equipment and various tools. You must be familiar with and able to operate an iPad. You might travel from Temecula, Moreno Valley, Los Angeles, Laguna Beach and the High Desert, and everywhere in between. Sometimes a 90-minute commute is needed to your job site. Compensation will be a base pay plus commission and will be dependent upon experience.
