We are looking for a seasoned winemaking assistant to help with the 2024 harvest! This position will be highly autonomous performing daily tasks in the cellar (driving a forklift, receiving fruit, cap management, additions, tracking fermentations in our software, barreling down, ALL cleaning, the list goes on). But will also work closely with the consultant winemaker to get task priorities and instructions. This is (largely) a one-person show, so we are looking for someone that is a self-starter, loves independent work, and is looking to work closely with a winemaker one-on-one to boost their knowledge. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, work long hours (overtime and weekends), and have a flexible schedule. If this interests you, please reach out!
Eminent Domaine produces pinot noir and a couple tons each of gamay, chardonnay, rose, and sparkling base.
