Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to join our Corporate FP&A team. In this role, you will provide valuable financial insights to senior management, helping drive business performance and operational efficiency. Your expertise will support key financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, playing a crucial part in shaping strategic financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis & Reporting: Provide in-depth financial analysis to senior leadership, focusing on monthly results, budget/forecast comparisons, and identifying trends that impact business performance.
Market & Trend Insights: Analyze financial trends, including competitor and market dynamics, to provide actionable insights.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Compile global budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining financial templates and reporting standards.
Close Process Management: Support the monthly close process, including managing centralized financial reporting systems like OneStream.
Global Business Partnering: Lead global business partnering initiatives, offering financial guidance to help ensure cost-efficiency and optimal performance across departments.
Process Enhancement: Drive improvements in financial processes by developing key metrics, dashboards, and reports to enhance operational efficiency and analytical capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in financial analysis, including operational P&L analysis and business partnering.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate financial concepts clearly.
Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and analysis.
Experience with financial management systems such as Oracle, HFM, and Hyperion Planning.
Proficient in PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear and impactful presentations for senior management.
Ability to handle tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to plan and manage projects efficiently.
Self-motivated with a growth mindset, and a desire to learn and develop in a dynamic work environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to various levels of the organization.
Additional Information:
Hourly rate: $70 - $80 per hour (commensurate with experience).
