Field Clinical Specialist

Description:

The Field Clinical Specialist provides clinical support for MediView’s product lines through direct healthcare professional interaction, education, and procedural consultation.
This position performs work with a high degree of independence, identifying and utilizing the most effective business practices.
Key responsibilities include memorizing and presenting product features using medical terminology, facilitating post-sale training, identifying customer training needs, maintaining customer networks, acting as the clinical interface between the medical community and the company, supporting sales demonstrations, providing clinical support during procedures, backing up commercial and clinical teams, establishing relationships with decision-makers, and maintaining communication and documentation.
Additional duties involve supporting compliance with relevant regulations, maintaining travel schedules, integrating into accounts, and performing other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred , or prior experience in the medical technology field or related industry.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a clinical environment.
Experience using radiology technology, sonography, or related systems is a plus.
Experience in training and development in the medical field preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft HoloLens.
Ability to perform basic technical troubleshooting.
Valid driver's license required.
Must be able to travel domestically approximately 70% of the time, with overnight stays.
Must be physically capable of operating a motor vehicle regularly, able to lift up to 50 lbs, sit for extended periods, use close visual acuity, and occasionally stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced, tech startup environment with shifting roles and tasks.
