Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to gain insider experience in the fashion industry, collaborate with a creative team, and build valuable skills in styling, retail operations, and social media marketing. ✨

Responsibilities

  • Shop Operations & Event Coordination: Support the organization and day-to-day operations of the fashion shop, including event preparations and customer interactions. Collaborate with Creative Brand Manager on task management and prioritization.
  • Visual Merchandising: Style and arrange product displays to create an inviting and visually compelling shopping experience.
  • Customer Service & Sales: Assist clients with purchases, process sales transactions, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Online Store Administration: Help manage the online store by updating content and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Photoshoot Preparation: Assist with photoshoot prep by steaming garments, selecting looks, and packing styling kits.
  • On-Set Assistance: Attend photoshoots, fashion shows, and industry events as an assistant—capturing behind-the-scenes content and providing hands-on support.
  • Social Media Management: Create engaging content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok, contributing to the brand’s online presence and audience growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in handling phone calls, emails, and professional interactions with clients, customers, and vendors.
  • Team Player: Highly collaborative, responsive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Drive, Gmail, and social media platforms.
  • Fashion Experience Preferred: Prior experience in fashion is a plus but not required. Open to students eager to gain industry experience.
  • Must reside in Colorado.

Tech Requirements: Must have a laptop.

Pay Expectations: $18.81 per hour, part time.
