Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Law Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing practice in Kentucky. The ideal candidate will be passionate about family law and committed to providing excellent legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and domestic violence cases.
* Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
* Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in court proceedings.
* Maintain case files and ensure compliance with all legal deadlines.
* Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout their cases.

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Active Kentucky bar license.
* 3-5 years of experience in family law.
* Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
