Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated Attorney with experience in family law to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of family law statutes and procedures and will focus on providing compassionate and effective representation to our clients.

Requirements:

Licensed to practice in KY
3-5 years of experience in family law
Strong grasp of family law statutes and procedures
Experience in Parenting Plans, Child Custody, Child Support, Agreements & Modifications, Child Support Enforcement, Paternity, Termination of Parental Rights, Domestic Violence, and Orders of Protection
Litigation experience

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in various family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and domestic violence cases
Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements
Conduct legal research and analysis
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts
