Be the maestro of our operational symphony across Pittsburgh, NY, and CT offices (no pressure, right?)
Wrangle vendors like a pro and make our operational budget sing
Lead our rock-star Medical Records and Data Entry teams (they're awesome, we promise!)
Turn our operational calendar into your personal playground (in a totally professional way)
Be the office expansion guru we never knew we needed
Keep our tech running smoother than a freshly waxed floor (with our IT buddies, of course)
You're Our Perfect Match If:
3+ years of experience in facilities operations management, preferably in a multi-floor setting
Proven experience managing vendors and service providers
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience with facilities management software
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Background in budget management
Experience managing hybrid work environments
