Position: Executive Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead with purpose, overseeing the day-to-day operations, fiscal health, and strategic direction of the organization.
• Set and implement forward-thinking goals to boost tourism, ensuring adaptability in a changing market.
• Be the voice of tourism in the community, working alongside a diverse range of local, state, and national partners to elevate the region.
• Build and maintain strong connections with stakeholders, showcasing the unique culture and attractions of the area.
• Provide energetic leadership to inspire and empower the CVB team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Non-profit leadership experience.
• Knowledge of the tourism industry and/or the Orange County region is necessary.
• Proven experience in managing budgets, leading teams, and executing marketing strategies.
• Ability to engage volunteers and foster community partnerships.
