Job Description Summary In this role, the Executive Chauffeur will play a vital role in providing safe and secure transportation for the executive leadership team and supporting other ground transportation operations.
Job Description Roles and Responsibilities • Provide safe and timely transportation for executives, customers, guests, etc.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure proper coverage is provided.
• Demonstrate defensive driving skills to navigate high-risk situations and potential threats while keeping control of the vehicle.
• Anticipate and react to hazards on the road, including aggressive drivers and adverse weather conditions, and observe all traffic regulations.
• Assess road conditions and traffic congestion to optimize travel routes and minimize security vulnerabilities.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to address any issues that may compromise safety or performance.
• Represent GE Aerospace in a professional and appropriate manner.
• Keep assigned vehicles clean and in excellent condition.
Required Qualifications • High School Diploma / GED
• Previous professional driving experience with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer-facing role.
• Familiarity conducting vehicle maintenance and mechanical checks.
• The ability and willingness to work on a flexible schedule that will include evenings, nights, and weekends.
