Job Title: Estate Planning/Estate Administration Paralegal

Location: Downtown Greensboro, across from Grasshopper station

Company Overview: LHH Talent Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Estate Planning/Estate Administration Paralegal to join our booming practice area. We have a collaborative and congenial work environment, with a team of 8 paralegals and 5 attorneys who are committed to providing exceptional legal services. Position Summary: We have an immediate opening for a full-time Estate Planning/Estate Administration Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have experience in both estate planning and estate administration, although we are willing to train the right candidate with basic knowledge. This is a fully onsite position, as we value collaboration and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle estate planning and estate administration tasks, including drafting and preparing legal documents.
• Assist attorneys with managing client files and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with clients, financial institutions, and other parties involved in the estate planning and administration process.
• Utilize HotDocs software for document preparation and management.
• Support attorneys by preparing for meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing workflow.

Qualifications:

• Experience in estate planning and estate administration is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with basic knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in HotDocs software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Work Environment:

• Fully onsite position to foster collaboration and teamwork.
• No billable hour requirement, but productivity is monitored.
• Reporting to 2 or 3 attorneys depending on workflow.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
