Job Description

• Start your shop career as an Entry Level Diesel Technician in Lincoln.
• Handle routine preventative maintenance on company tractors.
• Complete component replacements and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair minor tractor electrical systems.
• Complete routine rebuilds and replacements.
• Use maintenance software to create and track work orders.
• Communicate status updates with internal customers.
• Utilize forklifts and company vehicles to pick up, load and unload parts from vendors, dealers and suppliers.
• Assist with general shop duties, including cleaning, stocking, managing inventory and tracking repairs.

Skills and qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED.
• Experience with computer systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Able to provide own tools within 30 days of hire.
