The eCommerce Performance Marketing Manager will be a part of an exciting and transformative eCommerce team. The eCommerce Performance Marketing Manager will support the Director of Omnichannel Shopper Experience on Retailer Search & Digital. In this role, he/she will work closely with Shopper Marketing, Brand marketing, Sales/eComm channel leads, Trade marketing and other cross-functional partners to facilitate best in class retail media strategy and tactics in partnership with the agency teams.

Essential Accountabilities:

• Work closely with agencies to build Search plans for everyday & seasonal campaigns on retailer.com (Walmart, Kroger, Amazon, Target, Instacart etc.) to drive incrementality.
• Ensure Brand priorities and Sales priorities are aligned before briefing agencies
• Educate agencies on brand objectives and customer priorities to stay aligned with internal goals
• Ensure Retail Media Digital plans are in-sync with in-store executions, thus work closely with their Shopper Marketing counterpart
• Build executional strategy to drive Sales volume
• Build a Test & Learn program and repository of best practices to establish a gold standard of Retail Digital marketing execution
• Familiar with Amazon , Walmart Connect, KPM, Instacart & Roundel UIs
• Serve as an internal Retail Digital marketing expert to champion and advocate the importance of eComm via continued education and knowledge sharing
• Build a strong partnership with Brand teams to keep them aware of upcoming campaign launches, ongoing performance and performance results
• Incorporate Global office guidelines into executions to remain consistent with other markets and Ferrero standards

Experience :

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
• A minimum of 2 years of eCommerce digital marketing experience
• Must have experience with launching and optimizing Search campaigns on retailer.com (Amazon, Instacart, Walmart etc.)
• Knowledge of Shopper Marketing/In-store marketing a plus
• CPG industry experience a plus
• A strong performance driver with performance marketing mindset to maximize efficiency using innovative approaches
• Strong story-telling ability to make recommendations and steer decision making via education/knowledge sharing
• Passion for Digital Marketing and eCommerce
