LaSalle Network is partnering with a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide humanitarian aid to Israeli and Jewish communities in need around the world, fostering dialogue and collaboration to support shared values and mutual respect. They are seeking to bring on a Donor Data Entry Specialist to assist the development team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in nonprofit operations.



Donor Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update donor information in the database
• Process donations and maintain records of financial transactions
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits
• Generate reports on donor activity and fundraising efforts
• Assist with donor communications and acknowledgments
• Oversee document management related to donor records

Donor Data Entry Specialist Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience with database management/data entry
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to commute on-site at their downtown Chicago location Monday-Friday
• Familiarity with Raiser's Edge systems is preferred
