Job Description
We are seeking an innovative problem solver to join our expanding Paid Media Team. As the Digital Media Lead, Programmatic, you will take the lead in developing, executing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns across various DSPs (Demand Side Platforms). This role primarily supports our growing Credit Card Vertical, with a focus on achieving quarterly goals related to revenue and gross profit. We are looking for a dynamic individual passionate about paid media, eager to tackle engaging challenges, and skilled in using data to drive successful outcomes. This is an independent contributor role, reporting directly to the VP of Digital Media.
Salary Range: $88,000 - $108,000. Pay offered may vary within this range based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Build & Grow: You will have the opportunity to shape the Programmatic buying program from the ground up, contributing to DSP selection, creative strategy, and the logistical setup for optimal performance.
Maximize Performance: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals by maximizing inventory and optimizing performance.
Campaign Management: Take ownership of the end-to-end management of programmatic campaigns, including budget allocation, bidding, and performance analysis. Ensure that KPIs are met and exceeded.
Compliance & Targeting: Navigate compliance and targeting requirements, ensuring that promotional offers meet brand and product guidelines.
Leverage Data: Utilize enterprise-level data to create and execute best-in-class retargeting programs.
Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams—product, design, content, and analytics—to continually optimize channel performance.
Communicate Results: Regularly update the team on performance, reporting, and opportunities for growth.
What You'll Need:
Experience: 3-5+ years managing programmatic campaigns within top DSPs, with experience overseeing monthly ad spend over $250k (preferably within the financial category).
DSP Expertise: Strong knowledge of DSPs such as DV360, Xandr, and/or StackAdapt. Demonstrated ability to leverage technical solutions, audience targeting, and strategic data integrations to achieve impactful results.
Creative & Optimization Skills: Familiarity with direct marketing creative best practices and experience optimizing campaigns using Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO).
Analytical Ability: Strong skills in data analysis, attribution, and platform integration.
Strategy & Communication: Experience developing strategies, finding solutions, and effectively communicating results.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Excel, Google Suite, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.
