MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF WORKING IN DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE.

• At least 1-2 years of prior experience as a dental assistant
• X Ray certification, Current license if CDA, RDA, or EFDA (per state requirements).
• Has to be a strong team player and have the willingness to serve patients
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Understanding of health & safety regulations
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Attention to detail
• Well-organized and reliable

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for treatments / checkups ensuring their comfort
• Set up and clean-up of all instruments, equipment and materials needed
• Sterilization of instruments
• Direct dental assisting the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
• Undertake lab tasks as instructed
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
• Coordinate and manage supply inventory 
• Ability to deliver patient instructions
• Willingness to be cross trained for scheduling and patient check out
