Job Summary:

• We are looking for a Cybersecurity Data & Technical Architect to design and build a scalable, resilient, and compliant data mesh architecture for cybersecurity operations data.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a future-state architecture to integrate, process, and govern data from 200+ tools across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the Cybersecurity data mesh/lake architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Develop frameworks for ingestion, storage, processing, and access of cybersecurity data from 200+ tools like CrowdStrike, Zscaler, and PingID.
• Define governance, metadata management, and role-based access controls (RBAC) for the data mesh.
• Optimize data flows for real-time and batch processing, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Collaborate with SMEs and engineers to align architecture with cybersecurity use cases and compliance needs.
• Evaluate and integrate tools and technologies (e.g., Cribl, Azure Data Services, Snowflake, Databricks) into the architecture.
• Conduct regular architecture reviews to ensure alignment with evolving cybersecurity standards.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture with a focus on cybersecurity data.
• Expertise in building scalable and compliant data architectures (e.g., data mesh, data lakes).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and big data tools.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity operations, threat intelligence, and log aggregation systems.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOX) and regional data management.
• Proficiency in tools like Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Apache Kafka, and Splunk/Cribl.
• Exceptional problem-solving and collaboration skills.
