Hockberger Homes has an immediate job opening for a construction superintendent. Hockberger Homes specializes in residential custom home building and remodeling.

This position is full-time, 40 hours per week. Hours are typically Mon-Fri and may vary between 7 AM-5 PM. Overtime is possible depending on the current workload. The majority of jobs are in the Green Bay/Fox Valley area.

Job Type: Full-time

Wage: $30 - $40 per hour. Hourly Wages will be based on previous experience.

Responsibilities

This position involves completing the work and leading, directing, and training the team. We are hiring for full-time work, year-round. Pay will be based on experience in the field. There will be many opportunities for growth within the company.

Duties Include:
•Lead person on the job site and must oversee all crew
•Order materials that are needed to keep the job going
•Determine daily work schedules to ensure the project is completed within the timeline
•Approve crew daily time punches
•Experience with roof and floor trusses
•Experience with remodeling homes
•Performing tasks assigned involving physical labor at construction sites
•Operating hand and power tools of all types
•Cleaning and preparing job sites
•Understanding blueprints and able to execute design
•Leading and assisting team members
•Have NO fear of heights
•Must follow all safety rules and procedures
•Lifting up to 50 lbs+
•Working on your feet for long periods of time
•Must be able to work indoors/outdoors in All weather conditions
•Must have a valid Driver's License and have transportation to the job site

Qualifications

•3 or more years of residential construction experience
•Knowledge of all systems involved during a remodel or building project
•Experience leading a construction crew of 2 or more
•Management Experience (Preferred)
•Must clear driver background check to drive company vehicles
