Job Type: Temp to Perm (Full-Time to Start, May Transition to Part-Time/As-Needed)

Pay Rate: $ 20-25 / hour, DOE

They are seeking a Communications Specialist to join their Marketing & Communications team, supporting executive leadership with high-level communications in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Communications Specialist with a strong background in executive communications and crisis communications. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing skills and the ability to craft clear, compelling messages for internal organizational communications. Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write executive communications , including speeches, presentations, and leadership messaging.
• Manage crisis communications , ensuring timely and effective messaging across the organization.
• Create and distribute internal communications to engage and inform employees.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and marketing teams to align messaging with organizational goals.
• Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and branding across all communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field).
• Proven experience in executive communications, crisis communications, and internal organizational messaging .
• Healthcare industry experience highly preferred .
• Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
