​ Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital is excited to announce we are looking to add a  Front Desk Client Care Representatives to our team!

How you'll make a difference:

• Welcome our clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner
• Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely
• Educate and advise clients regarding Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital services and practices
• Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests while ensuring the highest quality of care and satisfaction for our clients at all times.
• Process admissions and discharges accurately; schedule follow up appointments as necessary
• Process invoices and payments accurately
• Update and maintain client/pet records and files in accordance with Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital legal requirements
• Assist with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, emailing, for example

What you will bring:

• Experience working within the veterinary industry; customer service background, enrollment in veterinary program, or other animal industry experience accepted as well
• Cultivate a positive atmosphere, demonstrate a friendly and courteous attitude with all coworkers throughout the hospital to maintain a cohesive work team
• Maintain excellent communication skills to ensure professionalism and effectiveness in all interactions with clients and coworkers throughout the hospital
• Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills
• Must be organized and detail oriented to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all transactions
• Able work in high stress situations and exercise good judgment as needed
• Present a neat, well-groomed appearance

Schedule:  Several different full-time positions to choose from.  All are four 10-hour shifts

• Schedule #1: Monday 11:00am - 9:00pm, Thursday to Saturday 1:00pm - 11:00pm
• Schedule #2: Sunday to Wednesday 2:00pm - 12:00am
• Schedule #3:  Tuesday 11:00am - 9:00pm, Thursday to Saturday 2:00pm - 12:00am

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00/hour, based on experience
