With over 10 years of experience in the UK specialising in outsourcing lead generation, our client works with leading and well known technology companies. Our client has ambitious plans for the year ahead and as such, are looking for sales superstars to join their high performing sales team!
The Role: This is a unique opportunity to work alongside some of the world's best known technology companies on a day to day basis! The Business development manager will be responsible for identifying and selling to potential prospects via proactive phone based sales. The Business Development manager will enjoy a varied role as the clients they work with will change frequently, ensuring the Business development manager further develops a diversified sales skillset.
This role is well suited to an energetic, confident, articulate, proactive sales person who is looking to learn, grown and advance in their sales careers.
The Training: Our client is dedicated to consistently improving and developing their sales staff. When the Business development manager joins, they benefit from a thorough onboarding program, ensuring they are up to speed and knowledge straight away! Following this, the Business Development Manager will also attend a five star sales training program hosted by proven sales experts! All of this training is reinforced via regular individual and team sales training sessions.
The Progression: Following the consistent and ongoing training provided in this role, the successful BDM can choose to progress into either a senior BDM role or a managerial role. The Business Development manager will regular meet with their line manager to discuss both short term and long term career goals, to ensure the above career pathway choice is attainable.
To be an Business Development manager in this market leading, sociable and rewarding company, we are looking for individuals who have:
· Minimum of 1 years business to business sales experience.
· New business sales experience.
· Comfortable cold calling.
· Degree educated.
