We are excited to announce a long-term opportunity for a Bilingual Scrum Master to join a dynamic team on a remote basis! If you're passionate about agile methodologies and enjoy collaborating with infrastructure teams, we want to hear from you.

Key Qualifications:

Must-Haves:
- Proficiency in Portuguese (speaking skills are essential).
- Experience as a Scrum Master, with a focus on Kanban.
- Background in working with infrastructure teams.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira (cloud or align).

Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of handling confidential information and auditing processes.
- Scrum certifications (CSM, SAFe) are a plus.

Project Overview:
In this role, you will be supporting four teams focused on infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teams that support Identity and Access Management (IAM), role-based access, governance, data loss prevention, and network security.
- Primarily managing incident resolutions through ServiceNow and supporting smaller projects.
- Helping refine the backlog and improve the process for handling incoming requests.
- Collaborating on solutions for managing confidential client information, ensuring it is handled with care.

Soft Skills:
We're looking for a leader who can guide and empower team members while effectively managing a high volume of requests. The ideal candidate will:
- Take charge and safeguard the workflow for technical analysts.
- Encourage team members and foster a positive working environment.
- Develop and maintain Kanban team standards to streamline processes.
- Bring fresh ideas and influence new ways of thinking to the team.
