Join the vibrant team at Valle Dorado—a 15,000 sq. ft. Restaurant & Brewery—as a Barback! In this important role, you will support our bartenders by ensuring the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organized, allowing our bartenders to focus on delivering an exceptional drink experience for our guests. As a Barback, you will assist in setting up the bar, restocking supplies, and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area. Your dedication to providing support will play a crucial part in the overall efficiency of bar operations. Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders in preparing the bar for service by setting up and restocking supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and glassware are sanitized and ready for use.
• Responsible for receiving and storing beverage deliveries efficiently.
• Help in pouring and serving drinks as needed, following bartenders' directions.
• Keep track of inventory and communicate shortages to the bartenders or management.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries politely and efficiently.
• Assist in cleaning up the bar area at the end of the shift.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is a plus but not required.
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to assist all team members.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a friendly attitude towards guests and staff.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
