Ideal candidates will have previous bankruptcy experience in a law firm and have experience representing creditors and debtors in complex situations. This includes presenting and litigating in court and negotiating plans of reorganization and out-of-court recapitalization transactions.
Top academic credentials, strong analytical abilities, excellent client-relations skills, and the ability to work well on a team are required.
