Automotive Paint Engineer Summary

As an Engineer at Work4ce Inc, you will be an integral part of our engineering team, responsible for designing and implementing advanced mechanical systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions that meet our clients' needs and contribute to the success of their projects.

Automotive Paint Engineer Responsibilities:

• Online robot programming-Run trials and adjust parameters, evaluate quality drawings and meet standards.
• Offline robot programming-Use simulation software to perform reach studies and cycle time analysis. Knowledge of Fanuc Paint Pro and Kawasaki Carott3 programming software.
• Evaluate Quality-Use elco-meters, Fisher Dual Scope, wave-scan and BYK-Mac.
• Create Hand Over Documents-Create snapshots of the robot processes, Including node maps, quality data and program back-ups

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 2 years technical degree or equivalent work experience

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications
• Experience with Kawasaki Robots, Fanuc Robots (programming and problem troubleshooting)
• Experience with Digital Engineering

Additional related certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
