Job Description

  • Manage daily operations of property administration efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate with tenants and address any property-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of property documents and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and managing budgets.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to oversee property maintenance and repair schedules.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property administration or a similar role.
  • Must have prior experience with HUD, affordable housing, CTCAC.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Hours:

The role requires a full-time commitment during regular business hours, typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
