Role: Accounts Receivable Manager

We are looking for an AR Manager on a direct-hire basis.
Job Responsibilities:
· Lead and mentor a team of 5 collectors and 1 biller, ensuring high performance and professional development.
· Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and support to team members.
· Oversee all AR functions, including invoice processing, collections, account reconciliations, Cash Application, and dispute resolution.
· Ensure accurate and timely billing and collection of receivables.
· Develop and implement strategies to streamline AR processes, reduce outstanding receivables, unapplied cash and improve overall efficiency.
· Identify and resolve inefficiencies and bottlenecks in the AR workflow.
· Generate and analyze AR reports to track key metrics such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), aging reports, unapplied cash reports and collection effectiveness.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management
· Demonstrated ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts and handle complex AR issues.
