Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk Location: Troy, MI (In-Office)

Job Description: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk . This full-time data entry focused position, based in our Troy, MI office, will support the Accounts Payable team by entering invoices into our accounting software Yardi (Voyager or Elevate) and assisting with various clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with cross referencing invoices, entering invoices, calling vendors, strong typing skills, and exceptional organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input invoices and related data into our accounting system Yardi.
• Assist the Accounts Payable team with clerical tasks and invoice processing.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in entering and processing data.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve any invoice discrepancies.
• Perform additional administrative and data entry tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience with Yardi is a plus
• Previous experience in data entry or accounts payable is a plus.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, full-time, in-office position located in Troy, MI.
